1st time in since it's been taken over and I'd definitely return, small select menu but enough choice for adults and kids. Also dog friendly.

An unassuming frontage, but indoors this little cafe is really very comfortable and an obvious hit with local dog walkers. Dogs are welcome indoors. The log burner was a pleasant touch. Coffee and a scone with butter cost less than £6. If this review was helpful please give it a like below.

It was a nice little cafe. It was refreshing to get some lattes, ice cream, and a bottle of water while in the area. Great ambiance and very relaxing!

This is such a lovely place to visit, especially when the sun is shining. It has picnic bench style seating outside with umbrellas for shade. Set slightly away from the car park, it's lovely to sit and listen to the birds, surrounded by trees. Inside is pretty to but as yet we haven't tried it, quite happy to make the most of the sunshine. The menu is the usual cafe finds, including toasties and baked potatoes. When sat outside everything is served in a takeaway container which is a bit of a shame. Eating a baked potato from a plastic box wasn't quite the same as a plate. It's a shame you don't have a choice as this would've made the whole experience much nicer. You order at the counter and then the food and drinks are brought to you. Coffee was nice, barista style. Staff super friendly. The cafe is situated very close to the Wyre estuary, such a beautiful area to explore and perfect for dog walkers and children. Disabled access is also good with car parking spaces available close by and good access.

Nice cafe, great cake and coffee good but expensive, nearly £4! Also do we really need outdoor music in the sitting area in a country park?

Best hot chocolate!!! We visited on Sunday and my son was screaming ‘owl owl owl’ at an owl calendar on display. The lovely lady kindly gifted the calendar to him and made his and our day!
